Why were we born?

Most of the time, most of us think that what’s the reason behind our existence? If we have to study, doing work, nourishing our children then how it’s different from others? Or we all have the same reasons for our existence?

As most of us know that destination is already decided then what’s the role of deeds? Why we have to struggle for a better life?

Let me correlate the same with a Train journey – A journey of your lifetime. Let the train starts from Amritsar to Delhi. Now assume that you are the very first person to aboard the train @ Amritsar. Some people join after you of different ages. Remember that the train won’t start if you are the only person to travel. It takes some couple of people to begin the journey as the trains’ driver knows that some more people will also join in between.

Some people leave you @ Jalandhar, Ludhiana or somewhere else in between the journey, and people join you @ Jalandhar, Ludhiana or somewhere in between the journey. Each person’s destination has already decided and there may be a chance that they need to catch some other trains for some other journey.

As most of my readers already got the point that what I want to convey, but for others let me elaborate…..

This train journey, as mentioned above, is like the journey of your life. When you are born, you got many relations like mother, father, siblings, relatives etc.., by default, to make your journey more pleasant. This is like that you are going to aboard at Amritsar, where your life/train starts, and your by default relations/folks join you afterward on the same station.

Some of your near ones die in front of your eyes; it’s just like that some of your co-passengers are leaving train at different stations and some will take birth, your children, in front of your eyes or will join you as your friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquaintance etc. like the passengers join you in a train on upcoming stations.

Some may live for some more years with you, or you can say that their stoppage is on next station and some lives along you till Delhi/destination and may be after that to continue the journey for their destinations.

Now the question is, if everything is already decided then what’s the reason of our birth? Why we were born?

In this train journey, we learn many things from the people who are going to depart on some upcoming stations. After getting learning, we need to decide what’s useful in that and what you want to share with upcoming folks e.g. your children, your spouse etc.

You may talk with new passengers in your train, you may want to educate them, spread awareness and want to discuss with them.

So it doesn’t matter that the destination has already decided or not, what matters is what you did in your journey to destination?

When we were sapling, at that time our Gardner nurture us by providing right soil, right minerals, right water and adequate sunlight. After becoming a tree, it’s our duty to give back to society as a fruits, flowers, shade, oxygen etc. The Gardener may or may not be alive to eat our fruits, smell our flowers, rest in our shade; but he has done his work for the society, he gave the biggest gift to society.

So like a Gardener, it’s our duty to nurture a sapling and give society a healthy TREE so that the upcoming generation can live a better world and can even create a better TREE or environment.

That’s should be the only motive of your life, rest all will happen accordingly.

So now it’s up to you to sleep in whole train journey or nurturing a sapling.

Hope you got that why you were born?
